HOW IT WORKS

Research & Planning

Through hosted calls, emails, and connecting directly with our team, we’ll help you map out your vision. It’s never too early to start! ​ Join an Introductory Call Join us for our live weekly calls to get to know the innovative Humpy BnB system approach to building a home! Designed to answer your initial questions along with tips and suggestions, key topics include: Why Humpy BnB Land–feasibility checks, council requirements, foundation options Build approach–self-build or hire a contractor Kit options–pricing, budgeting, what’s included Process–timelines, lead times, what’s next. ​ Builder Zoom Call During this call, you’ll get into the literal nuts and bolts of how the Humpy BnB system works. This live call is for you and your builder as our second official step in the process. ​ Get your Humpy BnB estimate Initial estimates include Structural Kit materials and customizations (redline markup required)

Plan Set Development

Meet your account manager who will be your guide as your plan sets develop. With our pre-engineered structural system, you will save considerable time with the help of our experts in interior design, drafting, and engineering. ​ Make Initial Payment Plan set development starts with your $3,500 payment toward your kit's applicable customization fees. Initial payment is non-refundable. ​ Meet Your Account Manager You will have one point of contact who will help you every step of the way. They will get you started with a design review session with our Interior Designer. ​ Design Review With Our Interior Designer  Using your provided redline markup, our interior designer will offer suggestions and you will start to see your home take shape. ​ Drafting Attention is in the details as our drafting team finalizes your architectural set of plans for your approval. ​ Engineering At the core of the value, innovation, and usability of the AvrameUSA building system is our structural engineering. We offer a one-stop shop for plan set development that is sealed with a state-specific structural engineering wet stamp with calculation. ​ Construction Documents Your site-specific, customized, stamped combined documents are delivered. With these, you can apply for your building permit, finalize lending, and reserve kit production! Review plan set inclusions for specifics on what the AvrameUSA plans include and things you may be responsible for.

Kit Production & Delivery

In this final step with Granny Flats Perth, schedule your available kit ship week, select additional kit materials, lock in on materials pricing, and receive your kit on-site! ​ Make Your Kit Ship Reservation The reservation system allows you to coordinate all the moving parts of your build while working towards a ship week you can plan around. With completed Granny Flat Plan Sets and $1,000 towards your kit purchase, we will hold an available ship week for you. You may reserve an available ship week at a minimum of 8 weeks out of up to 6+ months. ​ Receive Production Invoice About 8 weeks before your scheduled ship date, you will receive an updated production invoice at current market rates. This will include your Structural Kit materials and any additional kits or al la carte items you wish to include on your truck. With a 50% payment, you lock in on pricing and production begins! ​ Receive Final Invoice With your ship week approaching you will receive a final invoice and details on the pending delivery. Final payment is due at shipping. ​ Shipping and Kit Arrival Our logistics team will help coordinate your truck arrival. You and your team will provide a forklift on-site to offload kit materials and stage at your job site. Then the fun begins as you use our innovative system to see your Granny flat take shape in a matter of days!
