The Yani

• 1 bed · 1 bath · 40.5 m²

• Footprint 7.51 × 5.41 m

• From $189,990

A compact one-bedroom home with everything on one level: ensuite, laundry and an open living area.

The Yani fits a full one-bedroom home into 40.5 m², so it suits smaller backyards. The bedroom has its own ensuite, and the laundry sits behind cupboard doors so it stays out of sight. A 3.4 m sliding door opens the living area to the outside, under a skillion roof with an 800 mm front overhang for shade.

• An older parent who wants independence close to family
